Frequently Asked Questions
Do you service every type of vehicle?
We can service cars, trucks, vans, small trailers, and RV's.

Unfortunately we do not service large commercial vehicles, tractor trailers, agriculture/farm equipment, and motorcycles.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, click the "Schedule Appointment" button to access our services and online schedule.
Do you repair flat tires?
Yes, if the tire is deemed repairable, we can patch the tire from the inside. We repair punctures of 1/4 inch diameter or smaller in the center tread. We cannot repair damage to the tire shoulder, sidewall, or cuts in the tire.
If the tire is not repairable, we can help find a replacement tire and get you back on the road.
Where should I buy my tires?
The best and most convenient deals are going to be online. We recommend Walmart.com, Amazon.com, TireBuyer.com, and TireRack.com.
FYI: Most places that sell tires (Wal-Mart and Discount Tire) will allow you to buy tires and carry them out.
What is a locking lug nut?
Locking lug nuts require a special socket key to remove them. Please make sure you have the corresponding lug nut key at the time of service.
What payment methods do you accept?
All credit/debit cards and cash.
What is your cancellation/change policy?
Please notify us of any changes in location or if you need to cancel at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any changes within three (3) hours of your scheduled appointment window will result in a forfeiture of the $20 deposit and will be required to reschedule a new appointment.
Do you provide roadside assistance?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any roadside service.
Do you arrive precisely at the selected appointment time?
We try our best, but due to unpredictable traffic, weather and other delays throughout the day, we may need a little bit of wiggle room in our schedule.
Can I replace just one tire?
It's tempting to replace just the tire that's damaged, but replacing one tire at a time can present challenges down the road since the one tire will have a different tread depth and thus different accelerating, braking, and cornering abilities than all of the others.
How far can I drive on a flat tire?
We do not recommend driving on a flat tire unless you have EMT (Extended Mobility Technology) or run flat tires. Continuing to drive on a normal flat tire could cause damage to the rim, while also providing less traction and introducing a potentially hazardous situation.
Where are your service areas?
We are currently serving Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, and Copper in Summit County, Colorado.

How much space is needed for service?
If there is enough space to open the vehicle’s doors wide enough to fit a human, then there is enough space for us to work. We also need to park our service truck near the vehicle we’re working on.
How does the $20 deposit work?
$20 reserves you an appointment and is applied to your final bill.
What are run flat tires and how do run flat tires work?
Run flat tires are tires that allow you to continue driving on a flat tire, for a longer period of time than a non-run flat tire. Note that run flat tires have specific speed and distance limitations, depending on the manufacturer specifications. Additionally, they provide optimal convenience and storage space in your vehicle since you don’t have to carry a spare.
What is a tire plug and tire patch?
A tire plug is a quick fix for a tire that's leaking air from a nail or similar object that has punctured the tire. A tire plug fills the hole of the tire but is not reliable without a tire patch and not recommended to use alone. A patch is applied to the inside of the tire to further prevent an air leak and helps hold the plug in place. This allows a tire with ample useful life left in it to hold air reliably and keep you on the road for longer.
